About Loco HO
Loco HO is an independent, UK-based guide to HO scale (1:87) railway modelling — for people in Britain who model continental European or North American railways, or are curious about HO.

Where our information comes from
We write everything in our own words from manufacturers’ own information, the published standards (the European NEM standards from MOROP and the American NMRA standards), retailers’ and clubs’ own websites, and other reliable published sources. Each page lists its sources and the date we last checked them. If we can’t confirm something, we leave it out.
What we don’t do
We don’t test or review products hands-on, we don’t accept payment to include or recommend anyone, and we aren’t connected with any manufacturer, retailer or club. Brand names belong to their owners. Retailers are listed only when we could confirm they were trading, and we say how.
